Including the “Optical Character Recognition (OCR)” feature which lets you convert paper documents into editable text that you can then use with your word processor or spreadsheet application.
The only thing I wasn’t happy about with eFax was the amount of outgoing pages included 30 with eFax Plus and zero with eFax Pro. Also that their support is outsourced overseas.
