Based on the above review, Internet Fax Review gives MyFax the following score.

I used to use Myfax and loved them, but the customer service stunk the last few times I called. I switched to rapidfax.

I had no issues at all with MyFax … I think everything is great! Just so you know, I have been using MyFax for 8 months now and am totally satisfied.

I signed up for the free trial and had no issues – the only thing I found to be a pain was that I did not have a scanner so I could not save signed documents on my pc in order to fax. I will get one soon and am sure that all will be good.

Just make sure that you get a package that will be suitable for the amount of faxes you will be sending / receiving. All great.

Great thing to have! Everything works perfectly but I can’t really comment on support as I did not need to use it yet and hope to not have to.

Just wanted to say that I highly recommend myfax for both internet faxing as well as virtual pbx. Great company and great service as well as price.

Myfax is quick and easy to setup and offers a standard package suitable for most people. They offer simple fixed prices and an allowance of a decent amount of faxes per month. The only disadvantage I can think of is the smaller package you have a limit on the amount of faxes you can send/receive. This is common with other internet faxing services but just make sure you check to see what is included in the package you choose.

Nice review you have here. I hope you could also have a review of other internet faxing services. You are very influential and an effective writer.

MyFax is a very good value. The only negative that I have, after almost three years of use, is that fax sending can sometimes be very slow and unpredictable. Their tech support people say it is due to them being “backed up.” Today, for example, I have two domestic faxes in my outbox, one of which has been there for three ours waiting for MyFax to transmit it to its recipient.
MyFax is usually good, but have a backup; because they are not 100% reliable.

Immediately after signing up, tried to send a fax but could not sign onto their website. Called support and was told there “was a storm” that was disrupting service. I didn’t buy that, but at least someone answered the phone, so I have to give them some credit for that.
Have received and sent a few faxes so far, and seems to work efficiently. Not convinced yet, but willing to keep an open mind.
