Overall great service, I love the idea of bundling incoming and outgoing page amounts together. That’s the way it should be! I did notice one thing though, billing is done on a per minute basis for overages not pages. Which can be a good thing or a bad thing but I guess that’s up to you.

Fax minutes charged when it would only receive partial fax so minutes get used quickly. Customer service said system does not communicate well with HP fax machines so this will happen and no solution available. Goes to show you get what you pay for!!!

I highly recommend ring central!
Excellent and no complaints. I have been using internet faxing for about 8 months and it is such a great asset to my home business.

super service – only thing I would change would be a more included pages for faxes you receive with the packages
they of course have the unlimited packages but I have a small company so no need for me

All perfect so far – will let you know if anything goes wrong. I am terrible with computers so the support option was very helpful – now I am faxing and it is so easy.

I really liked ring central and would recommend it. I would however suggest not going with the $7.99 / month if you fax often. It is quite expensive if you go over the allowed amount. Just make sure you read the terms and what you get for the monthly fee. Like anything else – you get what you pay for.

Ring central is perfect for my small business. They have an assortment of packages and the prices are reasonable. Internet faxing is fantastic and saves so much time and money and keeps my office organized.

Faxes come in as pdf files. if they some in upside down you have to print it out and scan it back in to save it (unless you are real good at reading upside down).

As a stand alone application, Ring Central cannot be beat!!! My employees not only use it in the office but also during their free time. You are quite intelligent to have designed such a module. I would like to speak further regarding a joint partnership.

Our firm switched from the fax machine to ring central a three months ago.
It has helped immensely and saves quite a bit of time. The biggest bonus is that everything is done electronically like email and therefore very organized and convenient. The price is pretty decent as well. We have not tried other companies so we have nothing to compare ring central to, but we are pleased so far.
