Overall another great service. Everything you would need to finally get rid of the big old fax machine is here. A couple things I did notice is there is no option for SMS delivery yet. Also that the service is only available to US customers. Zero cancellation fees and no contracts to sign.

My top choice is Rapid Fax. I have tried a few others and was not totally satisfied with the overall service. I would suggest trying out Rapid Fax for your business.

Internet faxing is a natural progression for any office or self-employed person – like me. Save paper…save time…one less piece of office equipment…one less phone line all saves money. Yippee! Rapid Fax is simple enough to use and I haven’t had any major problems; although I haven’t had to contact their support yet. (keep my fingers crossed) Can’t tell you how convenient it is to fax a document from my laptop on the train!

You know – I was not impressed that I had to give my credit card number to set up the free-trial … I signed up reluctantly and used the service for a month. I really liked the services so I decided to keep it. I was not charged anything on my credit card so it looks like it was not so bad after all.

I tried out the free-trial and found it to be pretty good so far. It is easy to use and efficient.

Not happy with the cost of this internet fax provider. You must be careful when signing up beyond the free trial as there were some hidden costs such as being charged extra to store your faxes for more than 30 days. Not impressed with that – everything else was ok though.

Reliable and easy to use but I found the price to be a little on the high side. It is worth it though as I had no issues with the service I was provided. Would recommend – just make sure to read what is included in each package before committing.

I was doing some searches on the web in order to find a decent internet fax company to use or at least give a try. I came across rapid fax and everything looked good until I found them with an F rating on the Better Business Bureau.
The main reason was: Most complainants allege billing disputes or difficulty canceling accounts. Many customers complain of excessive hold times, anywhere between 10 minutes and up to several hours, when attempting to speak to a customer service representative.
I would not suggest trying this company. FYI – this company goes by j2Global Communications
