Metro Fax Review
Out of all the services I’ve seen, MetroFax has the slickest and most stylish website out of the bunch and the service itself is just as good. MetroFax has numbers in about 200 different area codes, they also offer toll free numbers for the US and Canada.

Posted on behalf of a MetroFax customer named Tony McCoy from Washington:
“I signed up for the trial with MetroFax and found it to be a great asset to my company. I decided to purchase a year subscription with MetroFax and have been using it daily. I have had no issue with support and all of my faxes both sent and received were sent and received perfectly. I get fax confirmations sent directly to my email and the best part is – it is totally paperless! I keep track of my faxes through my email so they are easily accessible if I need them.”

I’m the IT director of our company, and I effectively replaced our traditional fax machine functionality with MetroFax after utilizing the reviews on this website.
The decision has been great, and we’ve been using between 50 and 60 fax lines through MetroFax for many months now. The service and support is responsive, and the fax features provided are adequate enough for our needs, even if some other providers offer more. Best of all, MetroFax was the only real solution that offered an economical price for us as high-volume fax users. As to reliability, few users have reported any problems, and there was only one day where for about half the day the service was offline.
Tip: Make sure to use the computer downloads (fax printer, Outlook fax button, and Office fax support) to give yourself even more power and flexibility with the service.

Hands down best value for high usage of faxes on a daily basis. It is simple to use and a great asset to my business.

Superior to any old aged fax machine – no better way to go! I love this method of faxing – it is clean and easy and saves paper and ink.

Great service – the only things I would change would be the amount of time you can keep your faxes saved on your email and the number of users allowed for the smallest package. It is pretty good though for the price so I can’t really complain.

The price is a little higher than other companies but you get a lot of included faxes and if you go over, the overage cost is only three cents per page. I did the free trial and decided to purchase a yearly membership as I was satisfied with what I received.

All good so far – using free trial.
