I convinced my boss to get the free trial and it has worked out well. I am so happy to have this service now and has made my life a lot easier at work!

Out of curiosity and hoping that being able to fax over the internet would help me save time and money, I signed up for the free-trial. I found that this service was exceptional and I would never go back to my old fax machine again! I can do everything right from my desktop or laptop and it saves time, money, toner, paper and is better for the environment. I highly recommend trying internet faxing – even for home.

This is a must for your home business. It is easy to use, good price, saves paper and time. I won’t ever be purchasing a fax machine again. Just think of internet fax as a huge step ahead for technology. I thought this would be difficult to use as I am not the best with computers, but it is as easy as sending an email … seriously! Instead of entering an email address, you simply enter a fax number and attach the document. Easy!

What more could you ask for? It is easy, convenient and inexpensive!

eFax does not work properly in Spain with Spanish eFax numbers and the ending fax is in Spain. They do not offer a refund and they can not say when they have solved the problems.

efax has been great and I have had no issues. Easy to use and it is a great thing to have. I have a home business and it is great to have no bulky fax machine, no need for fax toner and it all comes to my outlook email. I first tried the free-trial and am now a monthly member.

I have been using efax for a while now and I really like it.

You don’t get enough for the amount of money you pay. I would suggest browsing around if you are looking to save a few dollars. If that is not something you care too much about then eFax is just as good as any other internet fax company. They are reliable with uptime and support.

I have been using efax from the beginning. Something has changed in the past year. The service used to be wonderful, not it is terrible (2009). I am currently looking for a replacement.
They are the most expensive, least service orientated that I have found. It has not always been this way. I can’t even send fax’s from my desktop as I have been doing for the past 10 or so years. I am very disappointed. The technical groups response is “well, you can use the web submission”. This is unacceptable.

These guys are way too expensive for what you pay. For my needs, i need confirmation of the faxes being sent and receied and this service uses Greenwich mean time!! I called up and they said no way they can change it. Also, i wanted to downgrade my service and they still charged me the full amount of my prior plan, even though i spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with their rep. Moved on. Better alternatives out there, in my opinion…

I have had this service for 4 or 5 years. Was great at the time but customer service is terrible. You cant understand the tech support. I have had problems with double billing. I think there are better choices out in the market now and much cheaper.
